If you are not satisfied with your reading for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. No justification needed — simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
2. After Refund — Link Deactivation
Upon refund processing, your reading report link will be immediately deactivated. You will no longer be able to access the report. This ensures fairness — since refunds are unconditional, access must also be terminated immediately.
3. After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour window, refunds are not available. BaZi readings are personalized digital content that cannot be "returned" once consumed. If you experience a technical issue (e.g., report failed to load, content was incomplete), please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
