Your Right to Delete Data

Under GDPR (Article 17 — Right to Erasure) and CCPA (Right to Delete), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. At Zianus, we take this right seriously.

Because Zianus does not persistently store your birth data on our servers (it is held only in your browser's session storage during an active session), most deletion requests are effectively fulfilled automatically when you close your browser tab.

What Data We May Hold

The following data may exist in our systems:

• Birth data in session — stored only in your browser and cleared when you close the tab
• Payment records — held by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) per their retention policy
• Server logs — IP addresses and technical data retained for up to 30 days for security purposes
• AI interpretation data — sent to DeepSeek for processing; subject to their data retention policy

How to Request Deletion

Processing Time

We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR requirements. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Exceptions

We may retain certain data when required by law, including:

• Financial transaction records (required by tax and accounting laws)
• Data required for ongoing legal disputes
• Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you personally

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that:

• You will not be able to access any previously purchased readings
• Any session data in your browser will be cleared immediately
• Data held by third-party processors (Lemon Squeezy, DeepSeek) will be requested for deletion per their respective policies
